4+ Weeks Paid Leave
You work hard for your days off, so we want to make sure you have plenty of them. We offer 4 weeks of paid leave that is never "use or lose" and begins accruing the first day you start with us. Also, the longer you stay, the more you accrue!
12 Paid Holidays
We want to make sure you have enough opportunity to celebrate with friends and family, so we offer 12 paid holidays, which include 40 hours of floating holidays to be used in the last quarter.

40 Hours of Parental Leave
to be used within first 3 months after birth or adoption. The time can be spread out and used any way you'd like!
$500 Take-Out Allowance for New Parents
We reimburse up to $500 for take-out meals after birth or adoption to help out those tired parents who just don't feel like cooking.
Visionist employees returning from maternity leave will receive a $5,000 payment given to help supplement time taken off to bond with your baby.
Professional Development Budget
All expenses paid for training, certifications, and conferences. There's one catch; you have to come back and teach us what you've learned!
Student Loan Payback
A portion of your student loans will be paid for by us each pay period.
$10,000 Tuition Reimbursement
Each year for continuing education or just some classes you want to take.
Lifestyle Reimbursement Benefit
We will reimburse up to $600 a year for gym memberships, classes, or equipment, we also reimburse for tech purchases to spruce up your home office (tablets, monitors, etc.), or you can make a charitable donation to an approved charity and Visionist will match your contribution!
